For many people the removing of hair through shaving can be incredibly inconvenient and in some cases (such as being overweight or aged) very difficult. Because of this problem, men and women alike look for alternative ways to get rid of their unwanted hair to avoid embarrassment from razor burn or bumps. They turn to waxing, various hair removal sprays, and other temporary solutions to their problem. However, there is an alternative to any temporary hair removal. There is only one way to permanently remove unwanted facial or body hair and that is laser hair removal.
Patients who desire hair removal may have noticed unsightly hair growing on the leg, armpit, lip, arm, or other regions. Such factors may affect an individual's confidence, leading them to seek their own laser hair removal procedure. Laser hair removal uses highly amplified light to penetrate hair follicles. The pigmentation within the hair absorbs the light and the hair is destroyed within that follicle.
